The target audiance i am trying to aim for will be for early to late teens. I am chosing this audiance becasue there is a lot of different music types that aims at them and would fit perfectly. The music genre we have chosen is Emo, the basic image of and emo is to do with skinny jeans, band t shirts, hoodies, his is a plain dress sense. In some cases, the male band members style there hair in different styles such as spikes. Also males wear make up is to be different and to get a reaction.

Wordle Mind Map

Here is a wordle about the ideas i was thinking about to have as my final song. I was going to go with a song that has quite a good stroy line to it and on the genre of emo/punk rock.

Advert Annalysis

The images used in the album artwork are all musical instruments put together to make a tower shape. This could link in with what instruments are used in the album. The colour is very plain and white but in the middle there are 3 red lines which stand out alot when you look at the album. This will be used to drag attention to the album.
There isn't much text in this album cover apart from the rappers name Jay Z in the top left corner and The Blueprint 3 in the top right. These are quite small compared to the 3 read lines in the middle of the album. The writing is black and it contrasts the white background so again that stands out as well.
The relationship between the images and the text goes quite well. The instuments are a soft light colour and it is nice to look at. The black writing fits in well becasue it doens't stand out too much but you can still see it perfectly.
You can't really tell that it is a rappers album without looking at the artists name. It doesn't go with the other Jay Z albums that actually have his face on normally smoking a cigar. With all the different instruments you couldn't really tell what genre of music it is because it has most instruments on it and it could represent any other band.
The album does look mainstream but in a way it might not be mianstream. It can be mainstream becasue he doesn't need to have a picture of himself to promote the album. Peope will see his name and want to buy it straight away, so he can do anything for the album artwork. It might not be mainstream because seen as though he doens't have his face on it could mean that he's trying to get away from people just buying it becasue of his face on it. It doens't look like a firts album becasue it is quite a simple album cover that wouldn't really suit being a first album becasue it won't attract people to buy it.

Here is a shot of the crowd attending the bands concert. It shows that even though they have a thriving fan base they still live a very normal lifestyle as you can see on the other shots.

Here is another shot of the band backstage it shows them joking about after they have played their performance. It shows them winding down after a good performance.

Here is a shot of the full band backstage before going out to play, they all have serious looks on their faces and and its letting the fans know what happends back stage before a gig.

This shot is off them playing live, this will be used to create a feeling in the song with all the lights shining on the massive crowd. It keeps with the simplicity of the video.

9 Shot Annalysis

Again this shot is very vfery simple it is just a sign saying where the stage is

This picture shows the drummer playing the song in a recording studio, it is a very simple shot theres nothing much going on becasue they want a video that shows the fans wwhat they do backstage and them playing the song.

This shot is showing stereophonics doing everday things, this is quite a strong statement becasue their saying that they are still normal and do average thing even though their in a big band.

This video is stereophonics song called Could you be the one. In this shot the lead guitarist is stood in darkness with two spotlights either side of him. This is a picture of him playing live becasue the video is mixed up of live recordings, stereophonics playing live and back stage.
