Questions

1. Holding a steady shot where appropriate.
We archived this very well because all of our shots were very steady because of the tri-pods we had. Also when we did have some movement in our shots, it was planed and it was a steady motion, not jerking about.

2. Framing a shot including and excluding elements as appropriate.
I think we done this well because because our main focus was on the lead singer Jake because in a band, the main person is the lead singer. We had different shots of Jake such as close ups and shots of him. We also had a lot of full band shots included.

3. Using a variety of shot to the task set.
In our animatic we had a lot of different shots that we wanted but, we couldn't do a lot of them such as the side shots of the band in the filming studio because of a space issue. But apart from this we managed to get a lot of different shots in such as close ups, pans, medium shots and much more.

4. Selecting mise en scene including colour, figure, lighting, objectives and settings.
Through out our media video we kept the same colour scheme and lighting. The band dressed up in black, or dark colours, and Jake wore a bright white t-shirt to stand out. This sticks to the emo genre we were looking at.

5. Editing so that the meaning is apparent to the viewer.

6. Using a variety of shots, transitions, captions and other effects selectively and appropriately.

7. Using sound with images and editing appropriately for the task.
Through-out the full video we had our song in the background and we tried to match the images with the song. Such as the smoking scene.
